The installation of the patented WeatherLok Roofing System consists of framing the entire perimeter with pressure-treated 2×4’s. Next we install all the AMS custom Tri-bend Fascia to protect the perimeter of your home and to create a decorative finish. The AMS custom 7 inch guttering system is installed to give your home an overhang and keep the exterior walls clean of debris. We then install a minimum of 2 inches of polystyrene insulation board for greater energy efficiency and noise reduction. Our thorough installation techniques provide a Weather tight seal. Additional features like a skylight can add life and visibility to your living space.
